Burgin Kent has spent the better part of his career
litigating for public clients. Mr. Kent represents most of the
firm's public clients with a focus on tenure and civil service
hearings, federal and state civil employment litigation,
arbitrations, and utility board representation. A municipal
prosecutor, Mr. Kent is focused on results and on justice,
whether in the criminal arena or handling matters for local
boards of education, the State Department of Education, or the
firm's other clients.
