Melody M. Zeidan provides legal advice to school boards in
the areas of Teacher Tenure and Fair Dismissal Act disputes,
policy drafting and implementation, bid law, students' rights,
and employment issues under Title VII and the Americans with
Disabilities Act. She also advises the firm's municipal clients
in employment matters and contractual issues. In addition to her
work with public entities, Mrs. Zeidan maintains a practice in
the areas of trusts and estates, business transactions, and
other general legal matters.
